How do I disconnect an account from Zap?

You can't remove a Zap connection from the Zopa app yet, so you'll need to do this from the banking app of the account you connected instead.

Look for the section where you manage permissions – usually listed under Open Banking, Payments, or Variable Recurring Payments (VRPs) – then cancel the connection with Zopa from there.
