The app isn’t working, how can I view my savings and withdraw money?

Our savings account and Cash ISA were built to be managed in the Zopa app. However, in the unlikely event that you’re unable to access the app, you can view essential information, like your savings balance, and withdraw money using the Zopa website. To do this, simply visit www.zopa.com and sign in to your account using the same details you use to access the app.
