My order is damaged or not what I expected. What should I do?

First, you should try to contact the merchant directly to resolve the issue. If this doesn’t work, you can dispute the transaction in the app. To do this:  

  1. Tap on the relevant transaction and select ‘I need help with this payment’. 

  2. Click ‘I have an issue with the merchant’, followed by ‘Start a dispute’.  

  3. Then select ‘Quality or condition’. 

  4. Follow the instructions on your screen to submit a dispute.   

Once you’ve done this, we’ll contact you with an update within 1–3 working days.
