My money or transfer hasn't arrived, what should I do?

If you’re waiting for money to arrive in your Biscuit bank account and it's not showing yet, check that the person or company paying you has your correct bank account number and sort code.

How long should my transfer take?

• Faster Payments: usually arrive within a few minutes, though it can occasionally take up to 2 hours.

• BACS: usually takes 3 working days to clear.

Please note that you are unable to receive CHAPS payments into your Biscuit bank account.

What should I do if my money still hasn't arrived?

Check with the person or company paying you that:

They have your correct bank account number and sort code

The payment has left the account. If it's still showing as pending there, it hasn't reached us yet.
