My money or transfer hasn't arrived, what should I do?

If you're waiting for money to arrive in your Biscuit bank account and it's not showing yet, here's what to check:

• The person or company paying you has your correct bank account number and sort code.

• The payment has actually left their account – if it's still showing as pending there, it hasn't reached us yet.
