How does the free monthly Caffè Nero drink work?

Your free monthly Caffè Nero drink is included with Biscuit’s new benefits.

If you’re new to Biscuit, you can claim your drink once your account is open and ready to use.

If you’re an existing Biscuit customer who has recently switched to the new benefits, your free drink will be available from the day your new benefits start. You won’t be able to claim it before then.

Before claiming your first drink, make sure you have the Caffè Nero app downloaded and an account set up. Then, each month when you’re ready to order:

1. Open the Zopa app and tap Spend.

2. Scroll down to Benefits and tap Free monthly coffee.

3. Select Claim my free coffee.

Your voucher will then appear in the Caffè Nero app and can be used on any barista-made hot or cold drink.

Your voucher expires after 30 days, so it’s best to claim it when you’re ready to use it, for example when you’re in Caffè Nero and ready to order.
