How do I view my PIN?

You can view your PIN in the app. If you’re on your mobile, tap here and we’ll take you there.

Or, simply: 

1. Open the Zopa app and head to your Zopa bank account. 

2. Tap the image of your card and click 'View PIN'.

How do I change my PIN?

To change your PIN, you’ll need to use a cash machine (ATM). The option will usually be under ‘PIN services’, or something similar. 

Heads up, we don’t send out PINs by post, and we’ll never ask you to share yours with us.  

How do I unblock my PIN?

If you enter your PIN incorrectly 3 times, we’ll block spending on your debit card as a precaution. You’ll still be able to spend with Apple Pay and Google Pay.  

To get your debit card working again, you’ll need to insert your card at a cash machine (ATM) and enter your PIN. To unblock your PIN, look for the ‘PIN services’ option, or something similar.
