How do I switch from Zopa to another bank?

You can switch to another bank using the Current Account Switch Service. Your new bank does most of the work for you.

1. Apply for the new account and ask your new bank to switch your account using the Current Account Switch Service.

2. Choose a switch date with your new bank, allowing at least 7 working days.

3. Your new bank will move your payees, Direct Debits, standing orders and balance for you.

Any payments made to your Biscuit bank account after the switch, including your salary, will be redirected to your new account automatically.
