How do I find statements and transaction history?

You can view and download your monthly statements and Certificates of Interest any time in the Zopa app.

Monthly statements

• Issued on the 8th of every month, covering all transactions since your last statement

• Your first statement appears on the first 8th of the month after you open your account

Certificates of Interest

• Issued at the start of each tax year (6 April), showing the gross interest you've earned on your Biscuit bank account and any Smart Saver pots

• This doesn't include interest from ISAs, or from Fixed Term Savings accounts opened via the Zopa website – these get their own separate certificate

How to find them

1.     Open the Zopa app and tap on your Biscuit account

2.     Tap Manage in the top-right corner

3.     Tap Statements, then choose Monthly Statement or Certificate of Interest

4.     For monthly statements, use the year filter to find the right one, then tap View Statement

Statements open as a PDF, so you can download or share them straight from the app.

What's on a monthly statement

• Opening and closing balance

• Total money in and out

• The interest rate applied to your balance, including any changes during the period

• A full list of transactions, with date, type, description and running balance

• A full list of transactions made within any Pots you have.
