How do I close my Zopa credit card?

To close your Zopa credit card, you’ll first need to pay off any outstanding balance in full.

Once that’s done, you can ask to close your credit card in the ‘Ask’ tab. 

Or you can click into your credit card from the ‘Spend’ tab, go to the 'Manage' section, tap  'Close your Zopa credit card,' and follow the instructions.

Please be aware, this process only closes your credit card – not your Zopa account. Your Zopa log in details and marketing preferences won’t be affected. Also, if you have another Zopa product, like a loan, this won’t be impacted either.
