How can I change my payment date?

The fastest way to request a change to your payment date is by opening the Zopa app and using the ‘Ask’ tab’. 

Or you can: 

1. Open the Zopa app and click into your credit card from the ‘Spend’ or ‘Borrow’ tab.

2. Tap ‘Manage’.

3. Hit ‘Payments’.

4. Select your ‘Due date’.

5. Click ‘Request due date change’ and you’ll be guided through the steps. We’ll then notify you as soon as possible with the result of your request.

If you have an automatic payment set up, you’ll see when your payment day will be.  

Don't worry though, when you change your due date, your automatic payment date will automatically update so you have some buffer if anything goes wrong.
