When will I receive my card?

Once you've been approved for a Zopa credit card, you'll receive your card within 10 days.

It’s been 2 weeks and my card hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

If your card hasn't arrived, you'll need to get in touch with us to order a replacement. Before you do, please make sure the address linked to your Zopa account is up to date, as this is where we'll be sending your card.

How to check your address in the Zopa app:

  1. Click the person icon in the top right corner.

  2. Tap your name to view your personal details.

  3. Scroll down to the Your home section.

  4. If your Current address is wrong, simply tap to update it.

Once you've done this, please get in touch and we'll order a replacement card for you.

My replacement card hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

If your card is being replaced, we’ll have sent you an email with the subject ‘New credit card incoming’. From the date of that email, it can take up to 10 days for your card to reach you.  

If your card’s not arrived after 10 days, you’ll need to contact us. Before getting in touch to arrange for another card to be sent out, please double check in the app that your home address is up to date.
