Can I update my personal information?

You can update your mobile number and billing address through your online account. To do this, login to your online account and head to ‘Your details’. 

To update your billing address online, you’ll need to have made at least two payments towards your loan. If you haven't done this yes, please contact us through live chat, which you can access from your account.
