Can I end my agreement?

There are two ways to end your agreement:

Withdraw within 14 days

You can change your mind and withdraw from your agreement within 14 days of signing it. You don’t need to give us a reason.

To withdraw, contact us through your online account using live chat.

You’ll need to repay the full loan amount within 30 days.

Settle your agreement early

You can repay your agreement early. The process depends on the type of agreement you have.

Interest-free agreements

You can pay off your remaining balance at any time through your online account or by contacting us using live chat.

Interest-bearing agreements

You can request an early settlement quote through your online account or by contacting us using live chat.

Once we’ve generated your quote, you’ll need to accept it and make the payment before it expires. Settlement quotes are valid for 28 days.

Your settlement quote is based on you making any scheduled payments due within the 28-day window as normal. This means your next repayment may not be included in the quote and could still be collected separately on its due date.
