How do I activate my debit card?

You can activate your debit card in the Zopa app. To do this, simply:

1.        Open the Zopa app and tap into your Zopa account.

2.        Click 'Manage' and then 'Manage debit card'.

3.        Then click 'Activate card'.

4.        Enter the last 4 digits of your card number, which you'll find on the back of your card.

You're all set – your card's ready to use.

Setting up your PIN

Your PIN is created automatically when your card is issued. You can view it any time in the app:

1.        Open the Zopa app and tap into your Zopa account.

2.        Click 'Manage' and then 'Manage debit card'.

3.        Select 'View PIN'.

4.        Re-enter your app passcode, then enter the one-time SMS code we send you.

5.        Your PIN will show on screen for a short time, for security.

The first time you use your card – either in store or at a cash machine – you'll need to enter your PIN. Once you've done this, contactless payments will be enabled. You won't need to enter your PIN for online purchases.
